Ingredients:

Red beet sandwich spread:
1 jar of SAMSØ SYLTEFABRIKs RØDBEDER (red beets)
1 dl coarse mustard
1 tablespoon rape oil
Salt

 

Gherkin sandwich spread:
1 jar of SAMSØ SYLTEFABRIKs DRUEAGURKER (gherkins)  1 dl coarse mustard
1 tablespoon rape oil
Salt

PREPARATION TIME: 15 MIN.

Drain the pickled red beets – remember to save the pickle juice. Blend the red beets with mustard and oil. Add some of the pickle juice. Season with salt.

Gherkin sandwich spread

PREPARATION TIME: 15 MIN.

Drain the gherkins. Blend with mustard and oil. Season with salt.
