Right now the last batch of red cabbage is being washed, shredded and pickled in preparation for your Christmas table.

P4 Østjylland has produced a broadcast about the red cabbage harvest of one of Samsø Syltefabrik’s regular growers and about the manufacturing of red cabbage at Samsø Syltefabrik.
